The modifications made on the Guest tab determine the content viewed by registrants during the Guest step.
These are some important considerations when defining guest-attendee registrations, functions, and pages.
■ If the Guest Function has not been enabled on the Event Function Detail window in iMIS Desktop, the guest registration process is not available on the web.
■ If a guest badge function has not been created, no options will be available on the dropdown menu and Public view will not allow guest registrations.
■ You can change the field label for these demographic fields using the Prompt fields. Changing the field labels does not change the field type.
■ The Enable checkbox displays that field for the registrant to update but does not require them to add or update the data.
Guests page message
Enter text that you want to appear on the page where the registrant enters or verifies their guest's contact information.
Select the fields you want the user to submit
The Enable checkbox displays that field for the registrant to update but does not require them to add or update the data. The Require checkbox forces the registrant to add the data for that field. Required fields will have a bold field label.
For example, if the Enable and Require checkboxes are checked for the Email prompt field, the registrant is required to enter or update their e-mail address.
Note: The Public view administrator can also change the field label for these demographic fields using the Prompt fields. Changing the field labels does not change the field type.
